Money Breath Meditations

Money Breath is a radically different way of experiencing our money. 

 

It gets us out of our heads and away from the numbers, but rather connects us with the quality, the beat, the balance, the alignment and the Value that comes and goes around in our money lives.

 

Meditation on the breath is shown to bring unequivocal benefits into our lives.  It improves our connection with ourselves, lowers stress, and increases overall health.
